Some of you may not have known Judy Divers... Judy was an Angel sent from Heaven, to help those in bereavement, online. In 1992, Judy lost her husband of 30 years to Cancer. After having a difficult time dealing with her loss, Judy discovered a Chatroom on AOL dedicated to bereavement. Judy became totally involved with Online bereavement and eventually established GROWW, in 1997 (Grief Recovery Online Founded by Widows & Widowers). Since then Judy's work has helped thousands of people cope with the loss of loved ones. On October 19, 1999, Judy was diagnosed with Lung Cancer. Judy, took this as an opportunity to once again help others. A new section was added to GROWW, "Living With Cancer." December 5, 1999, Judy died. She has not left us, she has only gone to the otherside, where her help is needed, and she can be with her husband, Bill. Please take a moment of prayer to let Judy know you care. Judy's work on Earth is done, but her work in Heaven has only just begun. |
